Pep Guardiola and his players dedicated their victory in the Manchester derby to the late Colin Bell as they stayed on course to lift the Carabao Cup for the fourth year in a row last night.
Manchester City beat neighbours United 2-0 in the semi-final at Old Trafford to set up a Wembley date with Tottenham in April.
It came a day after City legend Bell passed away at the age of 74, and the team wore retro No 8 shirts in honour of one of the club’s greatest ever players.
