Nolito is convinced that he made the right decision over the summer to leave Celta Vigo and Spain for Manchester City.
Nolito, 30, was strongly linked with some of Europe's top sides and also turned down a return to Barcelona prior to completing a switch to the Etihad Stadium from Celta.
The Spain international has since scored five goals in 15 appearances for City, who are two points adrift of leaders Liverpool in the Premier League and on course to qualify for the knockout rounds of the Champions League.
"It's always difficult to get it right," Nolito, who is with the Spain squad preparing for Saturday's World Cup qualifier against Macedonia, told Cadena Ser.
