Matheus Nunes is refusing to train with Wolves in a bid to force through a move to reigning Premier League champions Manchester City, according to reports.
City want to reinforce their midfield by bringing in the Portuguese midfielder and submitted an improved £52m offer to Wolves on Sunday.
Nunes is determined to join Pep Guardiola's side before the transfer window closes on Friday and is now trying to force through a move, as reported by the Telegraph.
The 25-year-old has informed his club that he wants to join City, but Wolves are holding out for a bigger fee that meets their valuation.
