Manchester City's B team are good enough to win the Champions League, claims Marseille boss Andre Villas-Boas as he hails 'expert' Pep Guardiola

Marseille manager Andre Villas-Boas believes Manchester City's reserve team have the quality to win the Champions League.

The Ligue 1 outfit have to better Olympiacos' result against Porto when they face Pep Guardiola's side in the elite European competition on Wednesday night in order to finish third in Group C and enter the Europa League.

City, expected to rotate after already sealing qualification to the Champions League knockout stages and with the Manchester derby at the weekend, have been praised by Villas-Boas.
