Manchester City and Premier League rivals Chelsea have reportedly been scouting Ajax striker Kasper Dolberg. The title-chasing duo from England's top flight are also expected to continue keeping tabs on the precocious 19-year-old when he makes his international debut for Denmark.
MailOnline's Simon Jones has detailed the extent of City's interest in the young attacker: "Chelsea and Manchester City are expected to make further checks on Ajax striker Kasper Dolberg when he makes his debut for Denmark on Friday."
Jones also revealed how City and the Blues haven't been the only representatives from the Premier League running the rule over the latest youthful sensation within the Ajax ranks: "Manchester United scout Marcel Bout was in the stands last Thursday alongside representatives from City and Chelsea as Dolberg scored in the 3-2 Europa League win over Celta Vigo.
