Manchester City face an anxious wait to find out whether they will be hit with a transfer ban.
The Premier League champions are accused of breaching strict transfer rules over their signing of Argentine wonderkid Benjamin Garre from Velez Sarsfield in 2016.
Velez Sarsfeld reported City to FIFA, claiming they had acted unethically by approaching Garre when was still 15 and flouted transfer rules when signing him after his 16th birthday.
City were cleared of any wrongdoing by FIFA in September 2016, with football's world governing body ruling he was free to join them when he turned 16 because he holds an Italian passport.
