Manchester City target Real Betis left-back Junior Firpo but face competition from Real Madrid

Manchester City are interested in signing Real Betis defender Junior Firpo in the January transfer window but face competition from Real Madrid.

Firpo, who has been capped by Spain at U21 level, has been hugely impressive playing as a left wing-back for Betis this season and also possesses experience of playing at left-back.

As reported by The Mirror, City are seeking to bring in the 22-year-old to strengthen their resources at left-back, with Benjamin Mendy out injured again.
