As Kosovo prepares to sample the World Cup for the first time in the short independent history of the tiny Balkan nation, Manchester City starlet Bersant Celina believes it can be the start of something special.
Celina, who left Kosovo for Norway at the age of two and developed through the youth ranks of the Norwegian FA, did not hesitate to represent the country of his birth when the chance came along.
Kosovo were granted membership by FIFA earlier this year and inserted in World Cup qualifying Group I, where they will open their campaign with an away game against Finland, in Turku, on Monday.
