Manchester City rock turtlenecks and suits as they travel to Monaco for Champions League encounter

Monaco is famed for riches, elegance and style - and Manchester City clearly want to be judged on the same remit.

City have become famed under manager Pep Guardiola for the fashionable outfits they wear when travelling to away matches on the continent, a holdover from his time at Barcelona and Bayern Munich.

Earlier this season they rocked white trainers, skinny jeans, tight grey jumpers and leather bomber jackets before a European tie.

But they clearly felt, ahead of their trip to the principality, that they should update their look.
