Manchester City players wrap up as they train in the fog ahead of Carabao Cup quarter-final clash at Leicester

Much like their domestic dominance so far this season, Manchester City were a distant figure as they trained in the fog on Monday.

Their emphatic 4-1 victory over Tottenham on Saturday, who finished last season eight points clear of Pep Guardiola's side, further confirmed their dominance thus far, if it needed any more confirmation.

Their 16th straight win – a Football League record – and 17th of the season sees City 11 points clear of the chasing pack, with their run looking unlikely to be halted anytime soon.
