Chinese club Shanghai Shenhua have made a move for Manchester City outcast Samir Nasri.
The former Arsenal man has just finished a season out on loan at Sevilla, who are still not sure about signing him permanently.
There appears no route back into the first team at City so a departure this summer is inevitable – although it has been reported that the club have slashed his asking price because of a lack of interest.
But now there is a formal proposal on the table, according to reports in France, with mega-rich Shenhua hoping to take him to the far east.
