Manchester City injury boost as striker Gabriel Jesus is seen walking without crutches as he recovers from a metatarsal fracture

Manchester City have been handed a major injury boost after striker Gabriel Jesus was spotted walking without the aid of crutches.

Jesus suffered a fractured metatarsal during City's win at Bournemouth on February 13, and the striker - who had scored three goals in five games - has not played since.

However he was spotted on Monday - his 20th birthday - returning to his flat in Manchester walking unaided.
