Manchester City have completed a £27million deal for Real Madrid's Danilo, with Benjamin Mendy also on his way after Monaco accepted a £52m bid — taking their spending on three full backs to £133m.
The deal for Danilo, who can play on the left as well as competing with new £54m signing Kyle Walker on the right, sped up over the weekend, with both City and Real Madrid currently touring America.
Mendy, 23, is on stand-by to fly to America to have a medical and join up with the rest of his team-mates in Los Angeles. He has been City's prime target at left back but Monaco have been reluctant to let him go for less than their valuation.
