Manchester City FC transfer news: USA international Mix Diskerud reportedly joins Citizens on four-and-a-half year deal

Mix Diskerud appears to have completed a transfer to Manchester City, penning a four-and-a-half year deal with the Premier League leaders.

Diskerud, the United States midfielder, has been on the books at New York City since January 2015; NYCFC are a sister club of Man City, with the City Football Group owning both teams.

He never really established himself with New York, and joined IFK Goteborg on loan for much of 2017.

It appears the 27-year-old has now departed New York, penning a four-and-a-half year contract with Pep Guardiola’s side.

The news comes courtesy of Umbro, who revealed Diskerud’s move on their official Instagram account.
