Barcelona have failed to sign Manchester City defender Eric Garcia despite their late-night negotiations with the Premier League club on Monday.
The two sides were unable to agree terms as the Catalans failed to hit City’s valuation of the 19-year-old.
The La Liga side had hoped their final offer, that included midfielder Rafinha Alcantara, would have been accepted after their initial £13.6million bid had been rejected.
