Manchester City celebrate Premier League title win with bus parade and manager Pep Guardiola throws a beer to fans

Manchester City enjoyed a stunning 2017/18 Premier League season, breaking countless records as they clinched their fifth top-flight title in history.

They won 32 of their 38 games, accumulated 100 points, scored more than a century of goals, and finished with an incredible goal difference of +79.

They also secured a domestic double, having beaten Arsenal 3-0 at Wembley back in February to lift the League Cup.

Their achievements this season were certainly worthy of a huge celebration - and that's exactly what they had on Monday!

City players and staff went on an open-top bus parade through Manchester to show off both their trophies, with an estimated 100,000 supporters lining the streets.
