Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola had to be pulled away from his Wigan counterpart Paul Cook as the pair engaged in a heated row as they headed down the tunnel at half-time.
The pair had originally squared up to each other on the touchline following a large melee caused by Anthony Taylor's decision to show Fabian Delph a straight red card for a dangerous challenge.
After the half-time whistle blew, Cook appeared to pursue the Spaniard into the tunnel and a camera installed by the BBC captured the moment Peter Reid had to step in and pull the Latics boss back to the home dressing room.
