Pep Guardiola has become the first man ever to win four consecutive Premier League Manager of the Month awards after scooping the gong for December.
Manchester City managed six wins and one draw from their seven December fixtures as they continued their remarkable league form.
Guardiola has won the award for September, October, November and now December with his City side having dropped just four points all season in the league.
