Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola unwilling to compromise but accepts Claudio Bravo will make mistakes

Pep Guardiola accepts that new Manchester City goalkeeper Claudio Bravo will continue to make mistakes by passing the ball out from the back, but insists he will not compromise on his tactical principles.

Bravo was fortunate not to concede a penalty and be sent off for a two-footed challenge on Wayne Rooney after losing control of the ball in the Manchester derby at Old Trafford.

The 33-year-old Chile keeper also blundered on his debut by dropping Rooney’s high ball at the feet of Zlatan Ibrahimovic before the Swede scored to put United back in the game.
