Manchester City are in talks with Fluminense to sign teenagers Kayky and Metinho - but the Brazilian club are holding out for more than the £15million package currently on the table.
Sportsmail understands City are hopeful of agreeing a deal for the 17-year-old pair and have already outbid Ukrainian club Shakhtar Donetsk for Kayky, an attacking midfielder who has won comparison to Neymar. Liverpool were also interested.
City’s offer for Kayky is around £10m, while Metinho, a midfielder, is valued at £5m in the double transfer. Both deals are made up of initial payments plus add-ons.
