Jamie Redknapp, Graeme Souness and Niall Quinn all agree that Manchester City were hard done by when they weren't awarded a penalty for James Milner's tackle on Raheem Sterling during the first-half.
Souness in fact believes that Pep Guardiola's side should have been given two penalties, one for the foul on Sterling and another for Ragnar Klavan holding back Sergio Aguero just beforehand.
Souness told Sky Sports: 'When we show it, you can clearly see. Initially it's James…there are two penalties coming up. It was great play, they've done this time and time again.
'When they get to this area, they are not crossing it, they are smashing it across the goal and we see James Milner's lunge and he just clips the heels of Sterling, makes no attempt to get the ball, that's the first penalty but there's also another penalty in there.
