Manchester City have accepted a Football Association (FA) misconduct charge for failing to control their players during Sunday's 1-1 draw with Liverpool, a club spokesman has told ESPN FC.
A number of players were seen to surround referee Michael Oliver after he awarded Jurgen Klopp's side a penalty just after half-time.
City were fined £35,000 by the FA in December after failing to control their players in a 3-1 defeat to Chelsea when Sergio Aguero and Fernandinho were sent off late in the fixture.
The latest charge followed an incident in the 50th minute of their draw with Liverpool when Gael Clichy was adjudged to have brought down striker Roberto Firmino in the penalty area.
