Manchester City appear to be stepping up their pursuit for Fernandinho’s replacement as he’s expected to leave at the end of the season and The Times say they’ve ‘inquired’ about Yves Bissouma.
The 24-year-old has impressed for Brighton & Hove Albion and has ‘asked to leave’ the Seagulls, so he might be on the move when the summer transfer window opens.
City aren’t the only side interested, however, as The Times note that Arsenal, Liverpool and Olympique Lyonnais want to lure Bissouma away from the Amex Stadium, so there’s stiff competition.
