Manchester City have John Stones, Ruben Dias, Aymeric Laporte, Nathan Ake and Eric Garcia at centre-back, but ESPN say Pep Guardiola wants to add Sergio Ramos to his squad.
The 34-year-old has an uncertain future at Real Madrid as his contract is up next summer and he’s yet to put pen to paper on an extension, but it remains to be seen whether City will win the race for his signature.
Ramos joined Real from Sevilla in 2005 and has gone on to make 666 appearances in all competitions, scoring 100 goals and supplying 40 assists.
