Man City eye 27 y/o who’s ‘flourished’ in Serie A, club want ‘successor’ for legend

Sergio Aguero could be on his way out of Manchester City at the end of the season as his deal is up this summer and he’s yet to put pen to paper on a contract extension. The Daily Telegraph say City are on the hunt for his ‘successor’ and have Romelu Lukaku among others on their radar.

The 27-year-old has ‘flourished’ at Inter Milan and is one of Europe’s most prolific centre-forwards, so it’s easy to see why Pep Guardiola is considering a move. Whether Lukaku would return to Manchester to play for his former club’s rivals remains to be seen, however.
