Although Pep Guardiola has Raheem Sterling, Riyad Mahrez, Ferran Torres and Bernardo Silva at his disposal, the Daily Telegraph say Manchester City could bring Rabbi Matondo back to the Etihad Stadium.
The 20-year-old was sold to Schalke 04 in January 2019 but City put a buyback clause on the deal that they’re now considering triggering as Matondo has ‘caught the eye’ in the last two years.
He’s scored two goals in 32 games for Schalke and has joined Stoke City on loan until the end of the season.
