Bristol City manager Lee Johnson insists his side can be 'very proud' following their efforts against Manchester City in the Carabao Cup semi-final.
The Championship outfit were knocked out at the last-four stage by runaway Premier League leaders City, who won 3-2 on Tuesday night and 5-3 on aggregate.
Goals from Leroy Sane, Sergio Aguero and Kevin De Bruyne ensured City a place in the final at Wembley at the end of February.
But Robins boss Johnson has hailed his side's efforts over the two legs against what he described as the 'best side I have ever seen live.
