Before Manchester City's 2-1 win against Sunderland on Saturday, Pep Guardiola claimed Joe Hart has what it takes to become the sweeper-keeper he craves.

But after dropping the England international from his starting XI and pursuing a move for Barcelona's Claudio Bravo, City's new boss appears to have quickly changed his mind.

Guardiola wants a No 1 who relishes having the ball at his feet and prefers picking a pass over launching a long ball. The stats suggest Hart isn't that man.
