Germany have left Leroy Sane out of their 23-man squad for the 2018 World Cup, and football fans aren’t taking it well.
The Manchester City youngster was not only a Premier League title winner but was also voted PFA Young Player of the Year by his fellow professionals.
These displays weren’t enough to bag him a spot in Joachim Low’s group, with Bayer Leverkusen starlet Julian Brandt earning a role ahead of him.
It appears his form on international duty is the main reason behind his absence, although the German squad could do with a dynamic dribbler in their ranks.
