Inter Milan took all three points from their Serie A clash with Napoli thanks to Edin Dzeko's second-half strike.
The former Manchester City striker gave the hosts the lead in the 56th minute with a close-range header.
The effort was enough to earn Simone Inzaghi's side all three points and deal the league leaders a defeat in their opening match since the World Cup break.
