Alan Shearer compared Manchester City's Phil Foden to England greats Paul Gascoigne and Paul Scholes.
Foden scored the equaliser as he dragged City through a turbulent FA Cup fourth round tie at Cheltenham on Saturday night.
Shearer believes the 20-year-old, head and shoulders above any other City player at Whaddon Road, is already proving he is a world-class talent.
'I was lucky enough to play in the England team with Paul Gascoigne and Paul Scholes, two of the greatest midfielders around,' Shearer said.
'Some of the passing, the dribbling (is like) Gazza, the way he just guides past players.
