'I never called anybody' - Juventus star Leonardo Bonucci rubbishes Manchester City chief's transfer claim

Leonardo Bonucci insists he did NOT try to force through a move to Manchester City.

The Juventus centre-back was heavily linked with a switch to the Etihad in the summer.

City chief executive Ferran Soriano recently claimed Bonucci was so eager to play under Pep Guardiola that he called the Premier League club to sound out a transfer.

However, the Italian has now hit back at Soriano's statement, saying it is unture and he is fully committed Juve.

"I never called anybody and they never called me personally," Bonucci told Rai.
