Fulham star Andreas Pereira was carried off on a stretcher after suffering a suspected broken leg during the Londoners' 2-1 loss to Premier League leaders Manchester City on Sunday afternoon.
The 27-year-old landed awkwardly after challenging Manuel Akanji in the air for a high ball just minutes on from the restart of play after the interval.
Pereira hit the deck in severe pain as play at Craven Cottage came to an immediate halt.
Medical staff were quick to respond to the injured midfielder and spent several minutes assessing the severity of the injury on the pitch.
