Newport County and non-league Eastleigh were presented with the tantalising prospect of hosting Manchester United in the FA Cup fourth round after the Red Devils beat Wigan 2-0 on Monday night.

Ten-man Eastleigh came from behind to force a draw against their League Two opposition at the weekend, with the replay at the Silverlake Stadium next week.

The winner will be handed a romantic money-spinning tie, worth six figures, over the last weekend of the month.

Holders Manchester City’s trip to Tottenham Hotspur represents the most star-studded tie of the round on the back of their pulsating 3-3 draw at the Etihad Stadium in December.
