Manchester City's hopes of a quadruple were shattered at Wigan Athletic on Monday, as the hosts prevailed 1-0 in the fifth round of the FA Cup.
City were reduce to 10 men at the end of the first half, and Wigan took advantage as Will Grigg fired a late winner to spark dramatic scenes.
Fabian Delph saw a straight red card, and the incident gave the home team the energy and advantage they needed to progress.
Wigan will host Southampton in the last eight, as City crash out of the competition.
