Veteran Spanish playmaker David Silva has agreed a one-year contract extension at Real Sociedad.
The former Manchester City star, 36, was set to see his contract expire at the end of the season but has signed up for another 12 months.
Silva ended a hugely successful decade at City - where he won four Premier League titles - in 2020 and joined the San Sebastian club on a free transfer.

In April last year, he helped Sociedad beat Athletic Bilbao to win the Copa del Rey for the first time since 1987 in a final delayed because of the Covid pandemic.
