Chelsea have agreed a deal in principle to sell Tiemoue Bakayoko to Napoli for a staggering £24million loss.
Centre midfielder Bakayoko was brought to Stamford Bridge for £40m in 2017 after impressing for the eye-catching Leonardo Jardim's Monaco team that upset Manchester City and Borussia Dortmund en route to the Champions League semi-finals during the 2016-17 campaign.
That fee made him the second biggest signing in the club's history at that time, after Fernando Torres, but despite 43 games in all competitions under Antonio Conte, Bakayoko failed to impress and was farmed out on loan to Monaco and AC Milan.
