Greater Manchester Police (GMP) have said a Celtic supporter who threw a hamburger at a police horse was one of 14 people arrested in relation to Tuesday's Champions League game at Manchester City.
City drew 1-1 at home to Celtic in their final group-stage match and GMP Superintendent Craig Thompson said that, although "the fixture passed largely without incident," there were 14 arrests over the course of the day.
Detailing one incident on its Twitter account covering Manchester city centre, the force wrote: "Celtic fan arrested for throwing a hamburger at a police horse in Piccadilly Gardens.
