Brighton's Lewis Dunk 'is in the frame for an England call-up for next month's Euro 2024 qualifiers'... FIVE YEARS after his only cap - with Man City's Champions League finalists set to miss Malta and North Macedonia games

Lewis Dunk is reportedly in line for an England call-up on Wednesday following the centre-back's stellar season with Brighton.

The Seagulls have qualified for European football for the first time following their 3-1 home win over Southampton on Sunday.

Dunk has once again had a fine season as Brighton captain, with Roberto De Zerbi's team surpassing all expectations.

Dunk has just one England appearance to his name, playing the whole of the national team's 3-0 friendly win over the USA in November 2018.

Now The Athletic report that Dunk is set to feature in Gareth Southgate's squad for Euro 2024 qualifiers against Malta and North Macedonia next month, when it is announced later this week.
