Brendan Rodgers is positive about Celtic’s Champions League chances despite being drawn in a ‘group of death’ with Barcelona, Manchester City and Borussia Monchengladbach.

The Hoops negotiated their way through the qualification stages but were hanging on for 45 minutes when leading 5-4 on aggregate away to Hapoel Be’er Sheva.

Celtic’s 5-2 win in the first leg was enough to see them through and it is the atmosphere at Celtic Park which Rodgers says will be vital if the Scottish Champions are to do well in Group C.
