Alassane Plea is ready to leave Borussia Monchengladbach this summer as the Germans look to offset the financial implications of the Covid pandemic.
After being knocked out of the Champions League by Manchester City this season and slipping to eighth in the Bundesliga table, Gladbach are making changes on and off the pitch.
A new coach, Adi Hutter, will take charge and they are willing to sacrifice versatile forward Plea to raise funds rather than lose the younger Marcus Thuram or midfielder Denis Zakaria.
Plea has been impressive over the past five seasons.
