According to a report from journalist Duncan Castles on the Transfer Window Podcast, Man City target Kalidou Koulibaly looks like he is ‘definitely‘ leaving Napoli this summer – with the Sky Blues apparently having a ‘strong chance‘ to sign the defender.
Indeed, as per Castles, Koulibaly is being tipped to join City as Napoli manager Gennaro Gattuso has been told he will almost certainly be on his way out of the Stadio San Paolo.
As the Serie A side allegedly prepare to find a replacement centre-back, City are apparently clear favourites to land Koulibaly, with figures ‘close‘ to the player theorising a move to Eastlands is the most likely outcome.
