BATON ROUGE – LSU women's golf freshman Carlos Tejedo Mulet was named to the 2020-21 First-Year SEC Academic Honor Roll announced Tuesday by SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey.
Tejedo Mulet, from Castellon de Plana, Spain, helped the Tigers get back to the 2021 NCAA national championship tournament, where the Tigers finished ninth. She is majoring in sociology.
The First-Year SEC Academic Honor Roll is based on grades from the 2020-21 academic calendar.
Any student-athlete who participates in a Southeastern Conference championship sport or a student-athlete who participates in a sport listed on his/her institution's NCAA Sports Sponsorship Form is eligible for nomination to the Academic Honor Roll.
