What we learned in LSU's home win against Texas A&M

LSU’s secondary has had a penchant all year for giving up the deep ball when you least expect, and it happened to the Tigers for the second straight week. A&M quarterback Nick Starkel’s 45-yard TD pass to an extremely wide open Damion Ratley to cut LSU’s lead to 20-14 with 13:20 left in the third quarter was the fourth TD pass of 45 yards or longer against the Tigers this season. Ratley was so open he could have called for a fair catch.
