BATON ROUGE – The LSU volleyball team fell to Georgia in five sets on Sunday afternoon in Stegeman Coliseum by scores of 25-16, 18-25, 16-25, 25-21, 17-15. The Tigers are now 9-7 on the year and 3-3 in the SEC. Georgia improves to 13-4 overall and 5-1 in the league.
Taylor Bannister led the Tigers with a season-high 29 kills. Samarah Hill finished with 12 kills, while Raigen Cianciulli led the back row with 17 digs. Karli Rose picked up her sixth double-double of the year with 53 assists and 11 digs.
