Baton Rouge, La. – The nationally ranked LSU track and field program will split up to two different meets this weekend. A group of 30 athletes will compete at the Tyson Invitational on Friday and Saturday in Fayetteville, Ark., while a crew of 11 will travel to Nashville for the Music City Challenge.

The LSU men (No. 2) and LSU women (No. 6) have moved up to their highest rankings of the year in the latest U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association that were released on Monday (February 8).
