Tim Tebow has struck out 27 times in 27 games for the New York Mets Class A affiliate Columbia (S.C.) Fireflies.
But he's certainly hitting big for ESPN, which gave a multi-year contract extension to the former Florida 2007 Heisman Trophy to continue as a college football analyst on SEC Network's traveling pre-game show SEC Nation.
He'll also continue his role in ESPN's College Football Playoff programming, providing personal championship perspective and analysis across networks.
Tebow, who was part of two national championship teams at Florida in 2006 and 2008, was the first analyst hired by the SEC Network before it began broadcasting in August 2014.
