LSU picked up the second commitment of day two of it’s Elite Football Camp, with junior college tight end T.K. McLendon picking up his offer and pledging to the Tigers on the spot.
McLendon is a 6-5, 245-pound prospect out of Co-Lin Community College in Mississippi, formerly of Soperton, Ga. McLendon is yet to be rated by any service that I can find, and caught three passes for 63 yards with one touchdown his freshman season at junior college.
He reportedly caught Ed Orgeron and other staff member’s eyes in drills today, and tested well.
These highlights are from his senior year of high school, and as you can see he’s mostly playing defensive end, although he’s flashing some interesting quickness for an athlete that big.
