BATON ROUGE, La. – The LSU Tigers dropped a close one, 82-77, in overtime to the Florida Gators Wednesday night in the Pete Maravich Assembly Center. LSU falls to 21-5 (11-2 SEC), while Florida improves to 15-11 (7-6 SEC).
Freshman forward Naz Reid notched a double-double as he scored 16 and picked up a game-high 15 rebounds. Junior guard Skylar Mays finished with a team-high 18 points. He also picked up three rebounds and two steals in the game. Senior forward Kavell Bigby-Williams compiled 10 points, six rebounds and three blocks on the night. Freshman forward Darius Days finished with nine points and four rebounds.
