I’ve been skeptical this week of LSU football‘s offensive plan against Central Michigan, but there’s one decision the Tigers are making that I believe is extremely wise.
According to 247Sports’ Shea Dixon, LSU is planning to get sophomore wide receiver Kayshon Boutte involved “early on” against Central Michigan.
Dixon noted that Boutte, who leads the nation in touchdown receptions with five, didn’t see his first target against McNeese State until the Tigers had run 14 or 15 plays.
There’s no reason it should’ve taken that long to try to get the ball to Boutte.
